How to book
All the houses we offer are privately owned. Owners do their best to keep us up-to-date with their own plans and availability, but sometimes things are moving quickly and so availability cannot be confirmed online. The procedure for booking is therefore slightly different from booking most other types of holiday.

Find a suitable house Use the search box on each page to search for availability by location and date. If you leave the dates out, you can browse all houses in a country that are suitable regardless of availability. Or use the country links on the left to look at all houses in a specific location. Ask us to hold it When you have found a house that is suitable we need to put a hold on it so that nobody else can book it while you look for flights and make your other arrangements. Let us know which house you are interested in and we will confirm availability and details of the house. You can contact us:

- By using the availability and enquiry form link on every villa details page. In all cases we will respond within a day, usually much faster.
Make the reservation To confirm the booking, either fill in the online booking form (we will send you a link) or fill in the paper booking form (our conditions are in the same document) and send us the booking deposit (usually 30%).
