Downstairs is a spacious sitting room with French windows to the terrace, sliding doors to the dining area and attractive fully equipped kitchen. Off the sitting room there is a double bedroom with bathroom and shower plus separate wc en suite, with terrace. The double guest room has separate entrance, washbasin and wc.
