Near to Les Elies, with lovely views. The interior is unusual with much use of stone and very charming with good furnishings. Around the pool are lawned gardens. Extremely difficult to photograph, but an attractive house and, with the new autoroute link, an easy journey to the sea.

Accommodation includes entrance hall down to beamed living room leading to terraces and down to pool, dining room leading to outside dining area and barbecue, fully fitted kitchen. Also on this floor are main double bedroom with en suite bathroom, shower and terrace. On the first floor are large double bedroom with en suite bathroom and dressing room, and two double bedrooms one with terrace, sharing a shower room.
