Near the lovely 'Village of Violets' Tourettes sur Loup with plenty of good restaurants, set in approximately half an acre of gardens, this traditional stone-built villa has picturesque country views. The river Loup is very close. It has peace and quiet but is less than 40 minutes from the Nice airport and only a 20-minute drive down to the sea - even in the peak months there is not a traffic problem. Heatable pool with jet stream.

The accommodation includes hall, cloakroom, sitting
room with an open fireplace, separate dining room, newly equipped kitchen
giving onto terrace with a gas barbecue nearby. Furnishings and equipment are
to a high standard throughout.
A double bedroom has a charming private balcony and
shares the large bathroom with the twin bedroom off the entrance hall.
Master bedroom on the first floor has a beautiful view of the medieval town of Bar sur Loup. It has bathroom en suite. Single bedroom off the hall.

A long wide covered terrace overlooking the pool
and the valley is set with a three–piece suite and an antique oak dining table
which sits 10.
The pool area is located a few steps from the dining terrace. The newly refurbished pool with jet stream is heatable and can be lit at night. The pool area offers deck chairs as well as table and chairs for maximum relaxation. Outdoor shower. The garden has several quiet places and is well maintained. The flood lit petanque court has a great view.

The surrounding area offers almost unlimited activities: sandy beaches, charming medieval town centres, hundreds of restaurants, great museums, children's activities, lovely markets, festivals, hiking, skiing, golfing, cycling, paragliding, river rafting, Monte Carlo or a trip to Italy – to name just a few.
