New for 2008, La Chenoiserie is a recently refurbished villa with spectacular views across the Bay to St Tropez. A complete redesign, redecoration and refurbishment were completed in June 2008 and the result is outstanding, blending traditional Provencal elements and furniture with contemporary standards of design and comfort. A professional staff of chef, driver and house manager (living in adjacent accommodation) all speak English and are discreet but friendly and very helpful.
Accommodation
Ground floor: large living room with Sky tv and stereo open plan to dining area. State-of-the-art kitchen with all equipment. The living room leads onto the main dining terrace with substantial table, wicker chairs and view across the Bay to St Tropez. A double and a twin room each with its own bathroom have French windows leading to the terrace with sea views.
First floor: Master bedroom suite with four-poster bed, en suite bathroom and dressing room. The second bedroom with en suite bathroom can be configured as a twin or a double.
The separate pool terrace has a covered summer kitchen with barbecue and soft furnishings, and views over the Gulf of St Tropez.
Staff
The professional staff of driver, chef and house manager run a ski chalet in the winter but spend the summer in St Tropez. Breakfast is provided every day and the chef is available for any other meals (all you pay for is the food). Of course you can cook for yourself if you prefer. The driver knows the area and will collect you from Nice or Toulon airport, and drive you around the area during your stay. All the staff are formally trained and will not intrude but always there when needed. If you do not wish to use their services then ask us for prices. If you do not use them then they will remain living in the apartment under the villa.
