This is a beautiful and spacious villa in an outstanding location, in a quiet road very close to the 6th roundabout in Quinta do Lago, so the beach and a couple of the best restaurants in the area are within walking distance. Furnishings, equipment and decor are excellent. The terrace area is large and the mature garden has pleasant views over Sao Lorenco Golf. There is air conditioning in all rooms, cable TV, telephone and music system throughout.

Downstairs: entrance hall, living room and separate dining room both leading to the pool terrace, two twin bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and fully-equipped kitchen and breakfast area. Upstairs is the master (twin) bedroom with en suite bathroom leading to a panoramic terrace with views over the golf course and pool area.
