Villa Lana is a very comfortable classic stone villa, located in a quiet and exclusive residential 'domaine' next to the Cannes Mougins Country Club, a short drive from Cannes. It is spacious and arranged over 3 levels with air conditioning throughout (included in rent). Interiors are in a modern style with marble floors. Outside is a 1800 square metres of well-lit landscaped garden with citrus and pine trees. There are extensive terraces on three sides of the house, with teak garden furniture and sun loungers. The pool is electolytic (no chlorine) with heat pump and massage jet stream.The centre of Mougins is close and has many very good restaurants.
