Villa Montali is a superb property comprising a large main house dating back to 1800 and finely restored to a very high standard with a lovely separate guesthouse set in a very pretty fenced garden with olive grove and fruit trees with excellent views.

The villa is in a superb position giving panoramic views of the beautiful Monti Martani hills, very close to the historical village of Montecastello di Vibio, which is famous for its theatre, known as the smallest theatre in the world.

You can rent the entire property or just the main villa whilst the guest house will remain vacant during your stay.

The house, comfortable and bright, preserves original features such as wooden beams and cotto tiles on ceilings, original old fireplaces, typical stone arches, and handmade tiles on floors.

The interior of all the rooms has been furnished in an elegant country style, and all the bathrooms have been well renovated. The pool is positioned a few metres from the villa overlooking the most panoramic side of the property.

First floor: Entrance with direct access to the garden, 1 twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, 1 twin bedroom convertible into double bedroom, with a single sofa bed,

1 twin bedroom with tv, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom, a little room with internet access (extra cost, payable by consumption). Balcony and external staircase with views.

­Guest House (on one level): Large living/dining room with a double sofa bed and cooking area (dishwasher, washing machine and fridge), double bedroom with bathroom with shower, an additional single bed.

Facilities: satellite TV, CD player, barbecue, washing machine, electric oven, dishwasher, swimming pool (12.5m x 5.8m - max depth 2.4m), internet access, cot on request. Intercom system between the two houses.
