A large house in the spacious style and pleasing local architecture of 40 years ago - totaly modernised - with fenced and gated pool ideal with non swimming children. Air conditioning in some bedrooms
Position is near enough for teenagers to walk to both the beach and the Lake with sailboards and dinghy catamarans - though they may grumble coming back uphill. The best restaurant in Quinta do Lago - specialising in fish - is within walking distance. The owners use themselves quite a lot and have fenced the pool (removable) for child safety. The whole is delightfully furnished and decorated in a cottage style though all the rooms are large. The sixth bedroom is a lower standard than the rest but only in its location (with separate entrance)- ideal for those tennagers and grandparents who stay out late.
Accomodation includes entrance hall and cloakrooms, large living room (cable TV and DVD)and separate dining room which lead out to open and shaded terraces and pool. The kitchen is fully equipped and additionally there is a barbecue area outside and breakfast section, separate utility room. At this level are four twin bedrooms one with shower room and the others with bathroom (shower over bath also). Outside with entrance from steps down to entrance door is the 6th bedroom, a twin with a shower bathroom. On the first floor is large master bedroom with king size bed,cable TV, dressing area and bathroom (shower also over bath.
