In a quiet area close to Club Barrington (tennis, driving range, snacks and dining) and about 15 minutes walk for teenagers from the social activity and night life of the Praca. One of the orginal houses at Vale do Lobo so the rooms are a decent size but the pool is in the half circle shape. The villa has been renovated in 2007 and is newly furnished. Maid service 5 days week. Air-conditioning in the 4 bedrooms and living room. Garden is walled and hedged and includes some lawn area. Car port.

Accomodation includes entrance with cloakroom, fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast area, and a separate laundry. On the pool side with access through french windows is the living dining area including satellite TV and DVD/CD player. At this level overlooking the pool terrace are master double bedroom with an en suite shower room, and a twin bedroom. On the upper floor are the remaining bedrooms, one twin and one double sharing a shower bathroom with access to a blalcony sun terrace overlooking the pool
