Approximately 1 km to the south is the lake with sailing catamarans (and one of the best restaurants in the area Casa do Lago) The beach is another kilometre with shaded carports. To the north again 1 km is Quinta Shopping and Buganvillaea Plaza for shopping and restaurants. Tennis centre is the the east a similar distance. The whole is air-conditioned which is included in the rent.

The accommodation includes entrance hall with cloakroom, modern well equipped kitchen which has dining section, and separate laundrey room. The living room is L-shaped and leads out to terraces, pool and built barbecue. On the ground floor are two twin bedrooms, both with bathrooms en suite and french doors to terrace and garden. The master double bedroom is on the upper floor with excellent bathroom and dressing room en suite: this suite leads to a largre balcony with terrace furnishings and an external staircase down to pool and garden.
