Le Chene Vert is a modernised rustic stone house in a sensational position, in dramatically beautiful hilly countryside with views right down to the coast a little more than 10km away as the crow flies. Lake St Cassien, a scenic beauty spot where there is fishing, horse riding, pedlos and swimming, is a 15 minute drive. The house has recently been fully refurbished and redecorated to a very high standard by new owners. It is within a couple of kilometres (walking distance if you are energetic) of the delightful villages of Speracedes and Cabris which have excellent restaurants. The hilly nature of the garden may present some risks for small children, (but the owner has three of his own.)

• Twin bedroom on the ground floor, adjacent bathroom with shower and wc in cloakroom (next door).
• Large double room with king-size bed, accessed by its own staircase with en suite shower room.
• A bedroom which can have either twin beds or a super king size double bed and shower room en suite, leading out to the garden.

The terraces accessed from the ground floor are partially covered and give good views on three sides. The large pool terrace has a 10m x 4m (approx) level-depth pool with cover. The whole plot is 2.5 acres and there are sloped gardens planted with flowers.
