Just east of Vence within 1 km (10 minutes walk or less) of restaurants, the villa has fine views down to the sea at Cagnes sur Mer and Villeneuve Loubet. Vence is a delightful town with a 'non-tourist' life and a particularly attractive old town square with good restaurants and outdoor eating and drinking. The house is 280m2 and has a large wooden pool terrace with sunshine till 8pm in summer, with good views to the sea. The beaches are 10km and the airport 18km. Final cleaning is payable locally.

The property is on a hillside with a small garden sloping away below. At entrance level the accommodation includes

• A large hall with stairs to the upper level,
• At a lower level,is a small snug with fireplace, door to the upper terrace and steps up to the dining room.
• Modern, fully equipped kitchen
• A bedroom with two double beds, a large fireplace and French windows leads to the upper terrace.
• Bathroom with double size bath.
• Separate wc

On the upper level, reached by a staircase from the hall:

• Living area which has 40" Flat screen satellite TV, DVD and stereo, wireless broadband connection and a Sony playstation 
• Two double bedrooms (one with a view to the hills) share a bathroom

At the pool level

     "   Separate apartment with two double beds (separated by arch), bathroom and kitchenette.

The pool terrace has views down to the sea and a dining table for 8. There is additional  shaded seating area on the upper terrace.
