Calle Amsterdam is an exclusive secure gated area close to Las Brisas and Aloha Golf courses containing houses of a particularly high standard. This is a large house with six bedrooms, recently fully refurbished by new owners: decor and equipment are excellent.
- Sitting areas include a large sitting room on the first floor and on the ground floor a study with Broadband Wi-Fi. Also at ground floor level is a home cinema with Sky TV including sports channels.
- Dining includes a breakfast area in the modern and well equipped kitchen, a dining area adjoining at first floor level and a second kitchen at ground level with covered dining patio and pool table.
- Sleeping areas include on the top floor the master double suite with marble bathroom, terrace and views to golf course, and two twin bedrooms with marble en-suite bathrooms. On the ground floor are two twin bedrooms and a double all with own bathrooms.
- The whole is air-conditioned. The garden is quiet and private and has night lighting and a jacuzzi. The pool is in the lawn and there is a covered dining terrace with gas barbecue.
- A maid comes weekly and the linen is changed weekly. Extra service can be arranged at extra cost.
