Recently refurbished to a high standard this villa leads on to the fifth fairway of Quinta golf. Accommodating ten persons in comfort every bedroom has its own bath or shower room and there is air conditioning throughout. Terraces range across the length of the villa with dining and seating areas and look out over the unusually shaped heatable swimming pool to mature gardens and the golf course. Maid service is included for five days per week
Accommodation includes hall with cloakroom, a comfortable sitting/dining room leading out to terrace, swimming pool and mature gardens with built in gas barbecue. A separate TV room has cable TV, DVD and video, the modern kitchen is fully equipped and there is a laundry room. Two twin bedrooms both with en suite facilities. On the upper floor is the master double bedroom with en suite bathroom, a further double bedroom and a twin bedroom both have en suite bathrooms. All bedrooms and bathrooms are of a high standard and lead out onto a terrace or balcony overlooking the pool.
