La Maison St Cristophe is a substantial period house in a sensational position with spectacular panoramic views all the way from Monaco/Nice to the east to Cannes/Bocca and the L'Esterel Mountains to the west and down to the sea. It has direct access to the forests of the Route Napoleon, and is a short drive from Cannes and Nice airport. It was built in 1927 by the Comte de Valence for his mistress. It has spacious rooms, good equipment and nice furniture. Outside areas are excellent with attractive garden, good views in all directions and two outdoor dining areas. Broadband. Sky World Plus. The accommodation (maximum 8 adults plus 2 children) is on two floors, with parquet flooring and fireplaces in most rooms. Ground floor includes a large very well-equipped kitchen leading to the lawn and pool area and one of two outdoor dining terraces. The dining room and living room are connected by tall glass double doors and have views down to the sea. The living room has a B&O stereo and Sky World Plus satellite tv. All four bedrooms on the First floor lead to a terrace that runs the length of the house and offers good panoramic views to the coast. Three of the rooms are doubles and one has two double beds. All bedrooms have good views. Four marble bathrooms with separate wcs. Outside are two dining terraces, separated by an arch, fountain, lawn and swimming pool(10x8m). The garden is 5000m2 planted with palms, eucalyptus and lavender. Terraces on all sides allow you to enjoy the view.
