A short way inland from the coast, this house offers very good sea views and seclusion, but is a short distance from shops, golf and nightlife. The furnishings and general standard of the house are excellent throughout. It is located on a 3-acre plot with a long drive leading from electric security gates and a sophisticated alarm system. The heated pool has an infinity edge from which to enjoy the view and it is in the sun all through the day. Air-conditioning is available in all bedrooms, sitting room and dining room. Extensive open and covered terracing provides lovely views to the famous La Concha mountain and down to the sea and outside dining for 10 with a built-in barbecue. The entertainment equipment is modern and there are good supplies of books and CDs as it is the home of an English family and only rented when they are away.

About the area
El Madronal is a long-established area of large and valuable houses a little way inland (see map) with 10 golf courses within a 20 minute drive, and one of the coast's most popular restaurants 'El Coto' within walking distance. A new shopping mall is 5 kms and San Pedro with a large beach 6 kms. You can reach the house without driving through Marbella so the driving time from Malaga airport is usually less than one hour.
Accommodation
The accommodation includes hall with guest cloakroom, modern fully equipped kitchen, large sitting area with sliding division to provide separate study satellite TV area (with DVD and VCR). Separate dining room for 10 with views to garden, mountains and sea. At this level is a twin bedroom with bathroom en suite. By the entrance is a double bedroom with shower-room and off the entrance courtyard with its own garden is a cottage with two double bedrooms (one with shower room and the other with bathroom) both with independent access. On the upper level is large double 4 poster master suite with terrace fine views and very well equipped bathroom with bathtub and separate shower cubicle - this master suite covers the whole of the top floor.
