Quinta Tennis Centre is close and to Quinta Shopping and the Bouganvillea Plaza with restaurants and shops is only 1km. Broadband connection. The rent includes maid for 2½ hrs daily on weekdays.

The accommodation includes entrance hall, cloakroom fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area and separate large dining room. The living room leads out to the terracing and large pool with views over the North Quinta golf course. There are 3 twin bedrooms all with bathrooms en suite and on the upper level is the master double bedroom suite with excellent bathroom (and separate shower) with terrace and fine views.
