Built in the spacious style of some 30 years ago, this villa provides comfortable accommodation with tennis court in large grounds, with lovely sea views. The part time housekeeper is assisted when the villa is full by an additional maid. Poolside bar, quarter size snooker table, dartboard, table tennis, hi-fi and piano. Gas pool heating.

The extensive accommodation includes a very large living room with archway opening into dining room, large dining terrace with barbecue overlooking the garden and heated pool. Three twin bedrooms and a further two twin bedrooms with interconnecting arch all have bathrooms en suite. A self contained unit with two small double bedrooms shares a bathroom,a small sitting room with TV & DVD and kitchenette. Poolhouse with two twin bedrooms with en suites and a double bedroom with ensuite shower & wc is available for larger parties. To accommodate a maximum of 16 persons.
