Close to the heart of the old village this is an ideal family house - very comfortable, with spectacular views over Cannes to the sea and islands. One can walk to 12 restaurants within about 5 minutes. Summer kitchen/dining near the pool. Satellite TV. No children under 9 years. Piano.
The accommodation includes modern kitchen, dining room, two living rooms leading out to terraces at different levels. The master double (kingsize) bedroom suite on the upper floor has bath and shower room. Sitting room and private terrace, with a further twin bedroom at same level. At garden level are a twin and a double, and with separate access from the summer terrace is a fifth twin guest room - all bedrooms have own bath or shower rooms and most beds can be made up as twins or doubles.
