The Avenue de Jean de Nouailles is barely 100m from the Plage du Midi beach - a 4 minute walk, and villa du Parc has a view to the sea from the balconies. To the west side of a large park the property is ideal for entertaining and wedding celebrations being exceptionally well equipped and furnished throughout. There is enough room to set up tables and chairs for about 100 people to dine in the courtyard, and of course a marquee can be erected. There is another venue in Cannes that may be suitable for parties of more than 100: ask us for details. The wedding planner is English and has long experience of planning parties and weddings in Cannes. Satellite TV. Wireless broadband. Large entertaining areas. Accommodation includes cloakroom, modern and perfectly equipped kitchen,large dining room (seats 12), well-equipped study/office, and drawing room leading to a terrace with seating for 18 and piano. At lower garden level is a separate apartment with access to house or separate access suitable for teenagers/staff with kitchen, three single beds (2 of which can be zipped together to form one double) and shower bathroom. On the first floor are two twin bedrooms with their own bathrooms and on the upper floor two twins share a bathroom. All have fine views from their balconies and the single beds can be zipped together to form doubles
