Spacious with lots of light and character, Moleiros is situated in about an acre of its own grounds and is in a quite lane 10 minutes walk to the beach.  There are numerous restaurants, bars and shops close by and there are three golf courses within easy reach. Tennis is also available at the Luz Bay Club which is a few minutes by car or a ten minute walk.  This property is comfortable and well-maintained. There is a marble dining area and barbecue for al fresco meals. Extensive terraces look out over large pool with distinctive dark blue tiling and across gardens to the sea. Two bedrooms are air-conditioned and the pool is solar heated. Satellite TV.

Accommodation includes entrance hall, large living/dining area with fully equipped kitchen all opening out to terrace and pool area, a twin bedroom with bathroom en suite, and a further twin bedroom with adjacent shower. Upstairs is the master double bedroom suite with bathroom and balcony, a second sitting room with fireplace opening to a large terrace and a twin bedroom and bathroom and shower room.
