In 10 acres of garden, olives and woods there are exceptional views down to the Gulf of St Tropez 14 kms away. There is an excellent tennis court, and heatable pool with poolhouse, table tennis and barbecue. Boules court. Guardien couple have separate cottage.

The accommodation includes entrance hall and cloakroom, large living and dining rooms leading out to the shaded terraces. Modern totally equipped kitchen and laundry. Bedrooms are in three sections, all having bath or shower room en suite - two doubles, two twins and a children's room.
