The largest island in the Caribbean, second only to Cuba, with a commercial existance not wholly dependent on tourism. Worries about crime and security in Jamaica are usually exaggerated. The North Coast is separated from Kingston by some dense country and mountains. Villa holidays in Jamaica are not like the mass-market all-inclusive resort holidays at all.
