Villa Ario is an authentic country house located in a rural environment, very close to the picturesque village of Es Cubells.
This spacious and comfortable house is distributed over 2 floors, offering 400 m2 of living space with bright airy rooms, 5 large bedrooms, beautiful terraces with sea views and a large pool in the middle of a stunning fully fenced Mediterranean garden of 2,000 m2.
The villa is ideal for families and friends, offering amazing spaces for entertaining.

The ground floor features a comfortable living room which opens out onto the main porch overlooking the pool, and is equipped with a large plasma screen TV with satellite and a wonderful open fireplace.

There is a large, fully equipped, open-plan kitchen with dining area which opens out onto one of the outdoor dining terraces.

The first floor features a spacious library lounge which opens onto a wonderful terrace with luxurious outdoor furniture, billiard table and beautiful views of the countryside and sea beyond.
