A very comfortable house set in mature gardens with large heated swimming pool near Las Brisas Golf Course and approx 5 minutes by car from Puerto Banus. Outside areas include a large terrace by the house and a dining terrace and BBQ area by the (heatable) swimming pool. Equipment includes air conditioning (included) satellite TV, VCR and CD stereo system. There is a wide range of local facilities including tennis, horse riding, sailing fishing and golf. Shopping and restaurants in abundance.

The main house has a master suite with open plan pair of double bedrooms with bathroom, 3 twin bedrooms all have their own bathrooms. There is a large open plan living area. Attached with access from the main terrace is a self contained apartment with a 4 poster double bedroom, living room/kitchenette and a shower room.
