A quite exceptional, very large and beautiful house nestling in the hillside above Flamingos golf with spectacular views (see pictures) and ten bedrooms, this is one of the best houses available for rental anywhere in Spain. There are two heated swimming pools (indoors and outdoors), jacuzzi, gym, sauna and plenty of entertaining space: groups of up to 200 can be catered for here. There is a lift serving all floors. The living room, dining room and kitchen are surrounded by floor-to-ceiling glass and views and light are exceptional. Views are over the golf course to the coast and mountains. A private tennis court and putting green are available on request. The villa is in a gated community with 24-hour security.
Accommodation
On the ground floor is the open plan kitchen/living room/dining room area with curved floor-to-ceiling windows making the best of 325 days of sunshine per year and giving beautiful views over the golf course to the coast and mountains. The kitchen is very large and equipped to professional standards with all conceivable equipment including two ovens, professional grill and wok burner, 5 gas rings, 4 fridge-freezers and espresso machine. The living room is similarly large with a high ceiling and modern furnishings and decor, with 2 sofas and various chairs and access to the terrace that runs along the front of the house overlooking the golf and the pool via sliding doors. There is a large flat TV with satellite channels and Bose sound system.
The hallway leads through to the ground floor bedroom, which has a king size bed and leads out to a balcony with views over the golf which is large enough for serious entertaining. This bedroom has a separate dressing room and en suite bathroom with roll top bath and walk-in monsoon shower. All bedrooms have air conditioning and flat-screen TVs with satellite reception.
The first floor is accessed either by lift or stairs and has two further bedrooms: each has a queensize double bed, dressing area and balcony with views. The master suite has a DVD projector. Both bathrooms have large bathtubs with jacuzzi jets and large walk-in showers.
On the lower ground floor are two further bedrooms: a twin room with en suite bathroom (bathtub, walk-in shower) and a double with bathroom.
On this level are also the indoor swimming pool and sauna.
Five further bedrooms are located at ground level in an extension completed in March 2010. All have en suite bathroom with oval bath and shower.
Outdoors you will find a large lawn to the side of the house and a heated pool. The outdoor dining area consists of a large terrace with permanent canopy, barbecue and equipment suitable for commercial catering or an informal dinner looking out over the golf course.
