Overlooking the 4th green of the Las Brisas golf course with lovely views to the hills and its own large garden this villa provides something for the whole family - restaurants and night life in Puerto Banus (2.4 kms) and Marbella (but walking distance to a Pizza cafe and modest restaurants in Centro Plaza), 3 golf courses within 1.5 kms, and tennis at Alloha Gardens tennis club within walking distance for teenagers. The garden and shaded outside dining area (with gas barbecue) are especially attractive. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms and the pool is heated­ (both extra).

The accomodation includes a large living area with separate dining room and bar leading out to the covered terraces and al fresco dining area.  The kitchen is modern, fully equipped and has a breakfast dining area.  Upstairs is a large double bedro­om with dressing area, balcony and a fine bathroom which includes bath tub and shower cubicle. The study on this level is normally locked with owners possessions but is air-condioned and has a single sofa bed which can be used by arrangement at a small extra cost.  On the ground floor are two more double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms - all have their own bathrooms. Adjacent to the kitchen area are former staff quarters - bedroom with air-conditioning and simpler bathroom.
