Close to Guadalmina Golf, only 6 kms west of Puerto Banus, Pelucas is on high ground with good views over the countryside. The property is large and very comfortable with excellent terraces, pool and garden. Easy drive to beaches. Not suitable for children under 6.

The accommodation includes security gates to large parking/courtyard, modern kitchen, cloakroom, large sitting room and separate dining room lead to large vined dining terrace.

Three double bedrooms and one twin have two bathrooms and a shower room (one en suite). Upstairs master double has jacuzzi bathroom and air-conditioning, and a twin has bathroom en suite.
