A lovely spacious villa with infinity pool, gym and sauna in 1/2 acre of peaceful gardens with huge terraces and views south over the golf course to the sea. The whole is in excellent order with air conditioning in all the bedrooms and includes weekly maid.
The accommodation includes entrance with large hallway, sitting room and dining room providing a large reception area redecorated refurnished over the last 3 years. A bedroom wing at ground level has three twin bedrooms with en suite facilities: two have large walk-in shower rooms and the third a bathtub and shower.
Upstairs with lovely views is the master double bedroom suite with a dressing room and bathroom (circular jacuzzi bath) and large balcony facing south and west. A part covered garden patio on the ground floor is furnished for comfortable lounging and reading. The winter sitting room and dining room provide a large reception area and were redecorated and in part refurnished over the last 3 years. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. The large furnished sun terrace has dining furnishings, barbecue, and views south over the golf course and to the sea.
The swimming pool (11 x 5m) has steps and ladder. Because of the drop from the inifinity edge an additional rail fence can be installed by arrangement in advance. The area
Easy travel either through Malaga Airport (about 50 minutes away ) or Gibraltar (about 60 minutes) both by excellent modern highway. Nightlife is in abundance - either very sophisticated in Marbella (about 20 minutes, 9 miles), Puerto Banus 11kms (15 minutes) or more relaxed in Estepona (15 minutes) and there is a big choice of very good restaurants nearby. There is tennis in San Pedro to the east and in Estepona to the west. Family beaches by El Paraiso coast zone or in Estepona with beach restaurants and bars.
