An attractive, brand new house in modern Portuguese style, comfortable and inviting, this house is about 5-10 minutes drive from the Vilamoura marina and Quarteira market and has pleasant views over the Pinhal golf course. Air conditioning in all rooms, pool heating and maid service three times a week. Pictures taken in winter: there is plenty of outdoor furniture.
Accommodation includes living room with dining area, (big dining table for 8), soft chairs for 6, Sky TV and fireplace. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with Miele appliances, including microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge/freezer and gas cooker.
Bedrooms: there is one double room and three twin rooms: the master bedroom on the first floor has a king size double bed and a big balcony overlooking the pool and golf course. There is a dressing area and large modern bathroom with walk-in shower (monsoon head) and free standing oval bathtub with TV.
Off the living room is a hall way leading to two bedrooms: a twin room with a high ceiling and wardrobes, sliding doors to the side of the house with its own shower room. The second room has sliding door to the pool terrace and en suite bathroom with bath and shower. The fourth bedroom is smaller than the others and has a shower room.
Outside is a the attractive pool terrace: the pool is 9m x 4m approx with electric cover and heating available at extra cost. There is a large dining table for 8 people and plenty of loungers.
It is semi-semi-detached: part of the kitchen adjoins the house next door.
