Beautiful house with superb sea front location in Vale do Lobo
This is one of Vale do Lobo's ace properties: slightly separated from the bulk of Vale do Lobo and right by the sea, it was recently completed to uncompromising standards. Furnishings and equipment are of excellent quality, with sophisticated air conditioning system, heated covered pool and enchanting sea views. Architecture and interior design are in harmony with the beach setting: spacious and airy with lovely matte American oak floors, and attractive light soft furnishings. An impressive modern house built with to be comfortable and very stylish for relaxing holidays; but effortlessly formal when the occasion suits. The location is one of the best in the area with the beach about 50 metres away across the grass and the Praca about 500 metres by road or strolling along the beach.
Accommodation includes living room with light furnishings, fireplace and door to the pool area from the dining area which features a solid wooden table and cushioned chairs for 10. There is a separate TV room downstairs – see below.
The kitchen is state of the art designed by Mark Wilkinson kitchens (fully fitted with Miele and Wolf appliances) in an appropriate New England style. It has a wall-mounted espresso and a separate preparation area that can be closed when you have guests.
The airy double height hall gives these rooms a wonderful sense of space. The German-designed fold back glazed door units open up the entire space giving a very unique and clever indoor/outdoor feeling to the ground floor.
The Italian designed Gervassoni external furniture on the various terraces at ground and first floor level provide superb external space in which to relax and complement the interior design. The heated pool with electric cover is surrounded on four sides by relaxation and dining areas. The pool pavilion with its views to the beach provides a covered dining area comfortably seating 10 and has a flat screen TV and gas fire. The BBQ entertainment area is discreetly positioned to the rear of this pavilion.
A separate ground floor TV room complete with flat screen television is a perfect escape for adults or children. The house has a full sky sport and UK news package in all rooms. The lower ground floor entertainment room is fully equipped with Blue Ray DVD player, WII, Play Station and again a full sky package.
Also on the downstairs level is the fifth bedroom, slightly less good that the other bedrooms but still of high quality, with its en suite shower room.
The house is equipped with an exceptionally high spec music and entertainment system including an I-pod doc for personal music choices. This system also houses the CCTV security, which is linked to the main security at Vale do Lobo.
All 5 bedrooms are fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans, en-suite bathrooms and there is Sky TV in 4 bedrooms. On the ground floor are two bedrooms: a guest room opposite the living room has doors to the side of the house, twin beds, walk in shower and its own small dressing area. The second guest bedroom has king size bed and door leading to the garden and pool terrace.
On the first floor is the master suite with large bedroom with king size double bed, a balcony with sea view and large wall-mounted TV. It has a separate dressing area and office. The bathroom has a freestanding oval bath and walk-in monsoon-head shower. The fourth bedroom has a double bed and en suite shower room.
Downstairs is a separate TV room with large flat TV, surround sound system, DVD and BlueRay, Playstation and games. There are separate Sky and SkyPlus systems. Also on the downstairs level is the fifth bedroom, slightly less good that the other bedrooms but still of high quality, with its en suite shower room.
Outside are extensive terraces with beautiful views of the golf and sea, and a 10-metre heated pool with electric cover, next to which is a large pool house with summer kitchen, dining table and built-in gas barbecue.
