This is a beautiful house on high ground with lovely sea views and a short walk from the beach close to Albufeira. Santa Eulalia/dos Bicos is the coastal strip separating the wonderful beaches for which Albufeira became famous, from the old picturesque part of town to the west of this villa formerly a fishing village. Behind this part that is to the north and around the dos Bicos beach are some rather old tired villas but large and formerly grand villas from 50 yrs ago and a few modern ones (like this). Immediately behind within a teenagers walk are bars clubs and nightclubs to keep the most demanding well satisfied. Ideal for 2 or 3 families with teenage or young adult families - where the oldies will still have some space quiet and lovely views. In earlier times it was the part where the mayor, the doctors and the local lawyers had their villas and is quite different from the modern town with apartments and hotels lying behind it.
