Walking through the magnificent entrance into the large hall you are met by two swooping staircases, high ceilings and an exquisite light feature creating an atmosphere of grandeur and elegance that is seen throughout the entire Villa.

Extremely high spec fully equipped kitchen with granite worktops and wooden fixtures, a breakfast bar and lots of storage.  Appliances including a wine chiller, integrated coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, steam cooker, microwave, 2 x ovens, gas hobs, plate warmers x 2, fridge freezer. breakfast  dining table and wall mounted TV with Lazer cable channels, including BBC, ITV and Sky Sports. The kitchen overlooks the pool and garden area.

Open plan and very spacious Lounge and Formal Dining room,  6 sets of floor to ceiling doors lead directly to the terrace overlooking the pool. Alongside the dining table and comfortable furnishings there is a wall mounted flat screen TV with the aforementioned Lazer cable channels.

On the lower level of the villa you will find the small gym (with split unit a/c, running machine, exercise bike and cross trainer)

There is a adjoining room to the master suite where an extra bed for a child can be put in upon prior request (weekly supplement applies for the extra bed).

The remaining five bedrooms are on the ground floor.

Outside space:

You are spoilt for choice, for where to spend your time outdoors here at Ruby.  The swimming pool measures 12 x 6 metres and can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge.  Next to the pool is the jacuzzi and covered BBQ terrace, complete with dining table, integrated gas BBQ, microwave, drinks chiller and additional gas hobs.  Plenty of sun loungers and Sun umbrellas span the paved pool area.  Lawned garden and palm tress make up the garden and views are out to the golf course and underneath the azure blue algarve skies.
