Arriving at the gated driveway to this private luxury Villa. The house stands in peaceful grounds with grass lawns and sun terraces. At the rear, the large pool dominates the garden along side many different seating options. Be it in the shade of the house with the large comfy sofas and chairs, or in the sunshine with the dining table and the sun loungers surrounding the pool. You also have the impressive BBQ area incorporated with the outdoor covered dining table and chairs large enough for 10 people. This house easily accommodates 10 people plus infants. All bedrooms
are en-suite and have patio doors providing access to the garden,
terraces or balcony.

The light airy living room is comfortably furnished with large sofas and chairs. The TV has Sky (and local cable) channels. Large patio doors lead to the terraces, garden and pool. Doors also lead to the dining room with a table for 10 people, this lovely room again has views and patio doors to the outside.
The fully equipped kitchen has an American style double fridge freezer with integral water cooler. Access here also to the outside.
Three of the five bedrooms are located on this floor.
Two twin rooms - One with an en suite bathtub and balcony. One with an en suite shower room. The double bedroom on the this floor has an en suite bath and shower room with patio door access to the pool area.
A guest bathroom is also located at this level.
First Floor:
The entire first floor is for the master suite. The king size bed is flanked by two arm chairs and patio doors open out to the large private balcony the length of the house. A separate dressing area again with balcony access and the private bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath and shower are also on this floor
Basement:
The fifth bedroom is a another twin with natural light and en suite.
The laundry room is also located here.
