The location is outstanding, overlooking the first fairway of San Lorenzo Golf Course in Park Atlantico, one of the more sought-after areas of Quinta do Lago, about 10-15 minutes walk (or a very quick drive) from the beach bridge. Several restaurants including the famous Gigi's and Casa do Lago are close. Exceptional outdoor areas with large covered dining terrace.
The impressive drive is accessed through electric gates from the road. The front door leads to the hall with three steps down to the living room which has comfortable seating, coffee table and sliding doors to the pool terrace. The separate TV lounge has large flat TV and cable channels including free-to-air UK channels and Sky.
