- Very large living room in three sections: chairs next to the fireplace, sofas for eight around a coffee table, and up a couple of steps to TV area with flatscreen TV, DVD and surround sound system. Doors lead out to the pool terrace.
- The dining room has a large white table and seats 10.
- Very well-equipped kitchen with two microwaves, double width oven, 6 gas hobs, built-in espresso machine.
- Five bedrooms: three doubles and two twins, all of excellent quality with en suite bathroom or shower room and television. On the ground floor are: a double room and a twin room with dressing table and en suite bathrooms with baths and showers. On the first floor are three bedrooms: the master suite has very large bedrooms with doors to the the upper terrace and stylish bathroom with bath in the centre of the room and walk-in shower. Also on the first floor are a twin and a double both with shower room en suite.
- Downstairs is a games room with table tennis, table football and pool table.
- Outdoors: the large heated pool has a jacuzzi above with cascade into the pool: see pictures. Separate covered barbecue area and outdoor dining for 10.
