An attractive villa with excellent gardens and cool, comfortable interiors. Located near the third roundabout it has beautiful views of the 6th green of Ria Formosa golf and is very close to Firefly. There is air conditioning throughout, a games room (with pool and table tennis), cable TV and a large pool.
Accommodation includes large and impressive entrance hall with two staircases to the first floor, dining area and lounge with is spacious and comfortable with light coloured sofas around a fireplace, and view of the garden and pool. A second living room has cable tv. The kitchen is large and fully-equipped with granite worktops, white wooden units and gas hobs set into a central island with stools and extractor above. There is a separate laundry room.
There are five bedrooms (2 twins and 3 doubles) all with en suite bathrooms or shower rooms:
- Bedrooms 1 and 2, on the ground floor, each have two single beds and an en suite bath / shower room.
- The master room on the first floor has en sutie bathroom and its own private terrace overlooking the pool area and cascading water feature.
- Bedroom 4 is a double room with en suite bath/shower room. It is on the first floor.
- In the basement is bedroom 5 with window and en suite bathroom/shower.
The games room in the basement has a pool and pingpong table.
Outdoors: large pool and cascading pond and excellent outdoor dining table and barbecue area in pergola.
