Includes a large and impressive entrance hall with two staircases to the first floor, dining area and lounge which is spacious and comfortable with light coloured sofas around a fireplace, and view of the garden and pool.  A second living room has cable tv.  The kitchen is large and fully-equipped with granite worktops, white wooden units and gas hobs set into a central island with stools and extractor above. There is a separate laundry room.

There are five bedrooms (2 twins and 3 doubles) all with en-suite bathrooms or shower rooms:

• Bedrooms 1 on the ground floor has 2 single beds wit an en-suite shower room
  
• Bedroom 2, on the ground floor also has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower over and patio doors leading to the terrace and pool.
• The master room on the first floor has a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with separate shower, dressing room and its own private terrace overlooking the pool and gardens.
• Bedroom 4 is a twin bedded that can be zipped together with an en-suite bath/shower room.  It is on the first floor.
• In the basement is bedroom 5 again with twin beds that can be zipped together, window and en-suite bathroom/shower.

The games room in the basement has a pool and table tennis table.

Outdoors

Large, gently sloping pool and excellent outdoor dining area with gas barbecue in the pergola. There is plenty of comfortable seating outside in various forms with loungers and parasols surrounding the pool.

All rooms are air conditioned with individual room thermostats and underfloor heating throughout for the cooler seasons.
