Situated just off the fifth roundabout in Quinta do Lago, this is a spacious and very impressive villa for 12 built on a large plot with extensive lawned gardens.  Architecture and interiors are modern and uncluttered but very high-quality and comfortable, and equipment is excellent throughout. 

Accommodation includes entrance from the large cobbled driveway to hall and large living room with seating for many and plasma TV and DVD player, connected to the Quinta do Lago cable service. 

The dining area seats 8 and leads out to the pool terrace which has an outdoor dining table for at least 12. 

The kitchen is state of the art with wall-mounted espresso machine, 6 gas hobs, black granite tops and all equipment.  It has a separate small breakfast table for 4. 

Four steps lead to a landing with an attractive water feature from which one accesses:

• Double bedroom with wooden floor, dressing area and en suite shower room.
• Down a couple of steps to another double bedroom  with sliding door to the pool and en suite bathroom with large walk in shower and sunken bath.
• Queensize double with windows leading out to the garden and en suite shower room.

On the first floor are two further bedrooms:

• Master suite with queensize bed, TV, dressing area and bathroom with large oval bathtub and walk in shower. This room has its own terrace.
• Double room with an unusual round bed and shower room en suite and access to a gallery room with pool table.
• The sixth bedroom is a double, adjacent to the kitchen and laundry area.

Outside is a large lawned garden, planted with bushes, running down to the golf course.  The main dining area is shaded by a pergola and has a large dining table for 12 or more.  There is a portable gas barbecue.  To the side of the house is another dining terrace with built-in charcoal barbecue.
