Mataluka is a very high-quality villa situated near the Quinta Shopping and Bouganvillea Centre (with restaurants and shopping), a five-minute drive from the lake and from the beach. Accommodation includes:
Light and spacious living room with sofas and armchairs around a wood and glass coffee table. Large wall-mounted flat-screen TV with cable programmes, B&O music system. Sliding doors on two sides lead out to the garden, putting green and pool terrace. A study room with writing table and internet connection leads to the kitchen, which is very well-equipped with double-width oven, American fridge/freezer and all gadgets. Adjacent is a dining area with a sofa and round dining table for 8. Separate laundry room with extra fridge.
The four bedrooms all have en suite bathrooms. On the ground floor are two doubles, one with bathroom, one with showerroom, TV and doors leading out to the upper pool terrace and to the side of the house. On the first floor is a twin room with bathroom, stereo and iPod dock, and sliding doors leading out to a sun balcony. The master bedroom on the first floor has a separate dressing area, large TV and very nice bathroom with large built-in bath and shower cubicle.
Outdoors: the garden is to the side of the house with small lawns, planted with shrubs and plants. There is a practice putting green. The pool is about 10m x 6m and heated with an automatic cover and 8 high-quality loungers. There are covered and open dining terraces with a built-in gas barbecue. There is comfortable outdoor furniture (wicker and cushions) in the other covered terraces.
