This is a very high-quality villa in the prestigious Parque Atlantico area of Quinta do Lago with a very large heated pool (13m x 5m approx). Interiors are spacious and relaxing with a nice family feel. The San Lorenco Golf clubhouse is nearby and the beach is either a short drive or a pleasant walk to the bridge that leads across the estuary to the beach.

The living room with ample seating for 8, separate TV room with cable TV and DVD, both leading out to the covered dining terrace and pool area.
The large kitchen has dark granite work tops, wooden cabinets and good equipment. It provides a focus for the house with breakfast bar and stools and the open-plan dining area with large wooden table and seating for 8. Doors lead from the kitchen to the outdoor dining area, barbecue (built-in gas grill) and summer kitchen.
The four bedrooms are on the ground floor and first floor:
Bedroom 1 on the ground floor has two single beds, a door to the pool terrace and en suite showerroom.
Bedroom 2 on the ground floor can be configured either as a kingsize double or as twin single beds. En suite showerroom and door to front garden.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 on the first floor are of roughly equivalent quality, each with double bed (one can be turned into twins), private sun terraces, separate dressing and cupboard areas and top quality bathrooms with showers and baths with jacuzzi jets.
Outside are covered terraces running the length of the house with a wooden dining table for 8 and a separate covered seating area with soft furnishings, built-in gas barbecue and summer kitchen. There is ample comfortable pool furniture (loungers and umbrellas).
