In the fashionable Atlantico Norte section of Quinta do Lago this villa is just a few minutes by car from the famous Quinta do Lago beach and Quinta do Lago's many outstanding golf courses and excellent restaurants. Equipment and soft furnishings are of a very high standard and there are some very attractive architectural features with elegant staircase in a ceiling to roof stairwell. Accommodation includes:
- Entrance hall: tall and impressive with wrought iron ballustrade and upper balcony.
- Living room: furnished to a very high standard with seating for 8, large plasma TV with surround sound system and fireplace. Doors lead out to the upper pool terrace from where steps lead down to the pool area.
- Formal dining room up a few steps from the living room with sliding doors leading out to the barbecue area and very attractive outdoor dining terrace
- The kitchen is modern and large with a nice breakfast bar, Bosch appliances, oven, 4 gas hobs, expresso machine and juice machines. Direct access to barbecue area.
- On the ground floor are three air-conditioned bedrooms: bedroom 1 has attractive wooden furniture and wicker chairs, and built-in wardrobes. The beds are zippable, so can be either two singles or a big double. The en suite bathroom has bath, shower, sink and WC. Bedroom 2 is also air conditioned with two single beds and sliding doors to the pool terrace and garden. It has its own wardrobe area and a shower room en suite. Bedroom 3 is another twin room with sliding door to side terrace and garden and en suite bathroom with bath, shower and WC. Upstairs is a landing with terraces on both sides overlooking the pool and golf on one side. Bedroom 4, the master suite, has king size bed and sliding doors accessing its own sun balcony with views to the golf, a writing table and separate dressing area.
- Outdoors are extensive terraces. Along the house runs a covered terrace with rattan armchairs and tables. From here steps lead down to the pool area. The pool is 10m x 5m approx, with pool heating system and high-quality pool furniture for 8. At the side of the house is an outstanding dining area with bougainvillea creepers above the table. Nearby is the built-in charcoal grill and chimney.
