A very attractive house with superb views from the roof terrace over the lake and out to sea. The large gardens have extensive lawns and are particularly attractive. The ground floor is built around a courtyard with an ornate fountain which is accessed by sliding doors from most parts of the house. There is a lot of living space: two living rooms and a fireplace area indoors, and large terraces outdoors.
The accommodation includes entrance hall and cloakroom, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table and separate laundry room. The dining room has a large glass dining table and seating for 10. The ground floor living room leads through sliding doors to the pool terrace and a couple of steps lead down to the reading/TV area with wall-mounted flat TV and fireplace. Upstairs is a further seating area.
There are six bedrooms. On the ground floor are two twin rooms and a double room all with access to terraces and sharing two bathrooms. Upstairs are the master double suite with separate dressing area and en suite bathroom, a twin room with en suite bathroom and a double bedroom.
Access is by a cobbled drive through a pretty garden and outdoor areas are particularly attractive with large lawned garden with mature trees and shrubs, pool (10m x 5m) charcoal barbecue and outdoor dining table for 12.
