In the fashionable Atlantico Park section of Quinta do Lago, built in 2000, this villa overlooks the fairway of the first hole of the Sao Lourenco Golf course. Furnishings and decorations throughout are in excellent taste and very comfortable. There is a large pool which is heatable at extra cost and a beautiful barbecue area. Tenants receive a guest card which gives some discounted sports and local restaurant rates. Cable TV.

Accommodation includes entrance hall, cloakroom, large living room and separate dining room leading out to the pool terrace, TV room. Modern fully equipped kitchen with AEG appliances, and separate laundry room. Also on entrance level are a double bedroom with bathroom en suite, and two twin bedrooms sharing a second bathroom. Upstairs is the master bedroom with bathroom and a large balcony terrace with panoramic views over pool, garden and golf course. Fifth bedroom with kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom.
