Within walking distance of the beach and the Quinta do Lago Hotel, this is a villa of the very highest standard with excellent furnishings and decoration and a very spacious feeling inside.
The sitting room is large and comfortable, overlooking the terrace and swimming pool. A separate TV room with sofas has a large flat screen television with surround sound. Off the hallway is a quiet suntrap courtyard with soft furnishings (see picture). The dining room is served from a well equipped kitchen with its own small breakfast terrace. Each of the bedrooms has either an en suite bathroom or a shower room. Outside is a built-in gas barbecue and dining area, the pool is heatable and there is a shower, terraces, a small lawn and a mature garden. Broadband and cable TV.

Two ground floor bedrooms have twin beds and en suite shower or bathroom. Stairs lead up to the large master bedroom with double bed, sofa and walk-in dressing area. Its en suite bathroom has a large bath, power shower with side jets and a private terrace that overlooks the pool. A fourth bedroom has double bed, dressing room, en suite bathroom with shower and private terrace.
