A well designed villa with beautiful views out to the golf course. This five bedroom villa boasts an unusually laid out dining room with steps down to a large and very comfortable sitting room. The kitchen is very spacious, comprehensively equipped and has a breakfast table for ten. Tastefully furnished and decorated throughout there are five double bedrooms all with bathroom or shower room en suite and there is a further sitting/TV room on the first floor. It is air conditioned throughout and has cable TV.

Accommodation includes entrance hall, guest cloakroom, dining room, sitting room, kitchen and separate utility room. Also on the ground floor are two double bedrooms, one with bathroom and one with shower room en suite, and two twin rooms with en suite bathrooms. On the first floor is a second sitting room with TV; the master bedroom suite has dressing area and en suite bathroom, both rooms leading out onto a wide upper terrace with views to the golf course.  There is a pool annexe with separate kitchenette and twin beds.
