On Parque Atlantico with a sea view, this villa accommodates ten people in considerable comfort. A spacious sitting room looks out over the full length terrace to the pool and garden with water features and gazebo. The dining room is separate. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast area and separate utility area. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and there is a small office with wireless broadband connection. There is cable TV.

Accommodation includes entrance hall, cloakroom and a sitting and dining room both looking out to main terrace; kitchen and utility room. Two double bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. On the first floor the master double bedroom with bathroom en suite has a small private terrace and a further double has en suite bathroom and a balcony. On the ground floor a further twin bedroom with en suite shower room.
