A well established four bedroom villa on the first fairway of Quinta North Golf course.  About 200m from Quinta Golf clubhouse ­and 200m to the Quinta tennis centre - the beach and Quinta shopping are both 2.5 kms (in opposite directions). All bedrooms have their own TV and all rooms have views over the golf course. The whole is air conditioned. The pool can be heated. There is an outdoor covered area and a separate barbecue area with a large dining table.

The accomodation includes living/dining room, large fully-equipped kitchen with seperate dining area and separate laundry. 

The master bedroom has a fireplace and ensuite bathroom with separate shower. A fine wide terrace has panamoric views over the pine trees and golf course.

On the ground floor are three further bedrooms:

• a bedroom for 3 with a double bed and a single bed, and ensuite bathroom
• a twin room has has its own dressing area and ensuite bathroom with a separate shower.
• The fourth twin bedroom has en suite bathroom, and a section with T.V. and double sofa bed.­

The pool is 11m x 5m (approximately) with optional pool heating.  Along the front of the house are covered and open terraces with views through the pines to the golf course beyond and from which a few steps lead down to the pool.  The outdoor dining table seats 8-10 and has a built-in gas barbecue.
