A very attractive and well equipped contemporary house, one of the best in the exclusive Quinta Verde area just 1200m from the entrance to Quinta do Lago. It is large and modern with all conveniences, excellent furnishings and decoration throughout.
There are five bedrooms, ducted air conditioning, satellite TV and zoned music system, large entertaining areas and outdoors a large heated pool and very pleasant terraces including a well-equipped covered dining and barbecue area. The entrance to Quinta do Lago is near, so the villa is as close to the excellent sporting facilities there as many villas in Quinta do Lago proper.
Accommodation is air conditioned throughout and includes:
Large entrance hall with two-storey ceiling: stairs lead to the first floor and an arch leads to the living room, with sofas, coffee table and fireplace. The dining room (adjacent) has a formal dining table and chairs for 8. Both rooms have sliding doors leading out to the upper pool terrace.
The kitchen is very large and stylish with all equipment, five bar stools and black granite work tops. There is a large Siemens fridge with ice maker and door leading out to the barbecue area. Two wine fridges, gas hobs and a wok hob.
Downstairs from the entrance level is a second living room with seating for about 10 and large flat-screen TV. The separate games room has a full-size pool table, table tennis and Sky HD.
There are five bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. All bathrooms are of the highest quality.
- On the first floor is a double room with en suite shower room (walk-in shower) and private terrace.
- Two twin rooms are on the ground floor, one overlooking the front garden, the other leading onto the pool terrace with a hammock just outside. The garden room has an en suite shower room, the other room a bathroom.
- At the downstairs level are two further good twin rooms with separate dressing areas and en suite shower rooms. One has sofa and armchair. Being downstairs they have not much, but adequate, natural light.
Outside are various balconies. At the front of the house a covered balcony with comfortable rattan furniture and cushions makes a nice reading spot from which you can watch the pool. Further along is the covered dining terrace and summer kitchen (adjoining the indoor kitchen) with large dining table, fridge and gas barbecue.
The swimming pool is 12m x 6m approximately and heated (at extra cost). Surrounding it are small lawns and planted flowerbeds.
The master bedroom on the first floor has been locked off for storage.
