A simple family holiday house with pool, boules piste, pool table and satellite TV 250m from the beach and an easy walk to the centre of the village, shops, and two tennis clubs plus a good selection of bars and restaurants. good views of the village and sea from the balconies. The pool is on an upper level terrace with a boules court on a lower level. It is a house with views, space and location built for residential use nearly 50 yrs ago - and the accommodation is to a simple standard. The beach is about two minutes walk down the hill: up the hill are miles of country walks. The rents are low for a house so near the beach taking up to 11 persons. Satellite TV.
Accommodation
The accommodation includes an air-conditioned living area with satellite tv, DVD player and log burning fire. The kitchen and dining area has seating for 10 and open plan kitchen. Courtyard and barbecue. Two twin bedrooms adjacent to the pool share a shower room. One twin and one double bedroom share a bathroom plus washroom, and the main double bedroom has its own bathroom.
The Surrounding Area
Praia da Luz is a charming and popular holiday village with many restaurants bars and shops and a large beach. The larger town of Lagos is a short drive away and has many more facilities. The new Boavista Golf Course is a five minute drive and Parque da Floresta about 10 minutes. Apart from golf and watersports there is horse riding in the area as well as sailing and boat trips, fishing, paragliding and microlight facilities at Lagos aerodrome, two large water parks about 25 minutes' drive from Lagos, bird watching and nature trails.
